I absolutely love traveling. I'll admit that one of my dreams would be to travel the world- many people have that dream! But the next best thing from actually being in that foreign place is knowing someone there.


If traveling is my first love then, writing is definitely my second love. I write about experiences, advice, dreams, fears, and a lot of imagination. So, when I came across postcrossing it was a perfect match. There is something special about going to the mail box and realizing you have something more than just bills waiting for you- you have a letter! Someone took the time to handwrite to you what their hearts were telling them to express.

What did I do? I signed up, of course, and immediately requested that they send me the first five locations of where I needed to send my postcards too; Germany, Hong Kong, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.

I am supper excited to be connecting with people from around the world in a way that is personal and 'offline'. And, am eager to make this a consistent project.
